  1. I’m confused because you went against the coat in multiple areas but didn’t mention it

  2. Where is the list of all the products? Including the shampoo eye shampoo and conditioner, clippers and scissors

  3. How do I avoid catching the skin of toy poodle mix with the no10 blade with a guard? Around elbows, knees or armpits, she has yelpe twice in the last year when clipping and I’m not applying pressure. I assume I caught her skin between the guard teeth. No blood drawn, but it upsets her to the extreme, she is a very emotionally fragile dog.

Her hair is soft, slightly curly to wavy, black (so demands daylight to see what I’m doing). I’m too fearful to use the clippers on her for hygiene cut with no guard and a no.10 blade, as I’m unsure how or why her skin is being caught around elbow and knee. She is a very loose skin hybrid and she jerks suddenly or trembles. I go very slow with quiet clippers. I now opt for safety scissors for her joints; at least until I know how I’m catching her skin. Frustrating!
